Course Enrollment
Enrollment Process
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation email. Course places are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Prices are stated in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Cancellation by Student
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date: full refund minus £25 administrative fee
- Cancellations 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before start date: no refund
- Failure to attend without prior cancellation: no refund
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
Course Transfers
You may transfer your enrollment to another course date subject to availability and written notice at least 7 days before your scheduled start date.
